基于WebGIS的煤矿应急救援管理系统设计与实现

摘要: 针对赵楼煤矿安全生产中应急救援过程的实际需求,结合WebGIS技术、空间数据库技术以及实际应急救援流程,采用SuperMap iServer服务管理和ThinkPHP开发框架设计并实现了B/S架构的煤矿应急救援管理系统。介绍了煤矿事故应急救援流程及关键技术的设计,分析了系统总体需求、功能设计以及数据库设计,详细阐述了各个子系统的关键功能实现。目前,该系统已经在赵楼煤矿投入使用,为煤矿安全生产提供了有力保障。

Abstract: In view of the actual demand of emergency rescue process of Zhaolou coal mine safety production, a coal mine emergency rescue management system based on B/S was designed and implemented, which combined with the WebGIS technology, spatial database technology as well as the actual emergency rescue process.The system utilized the SuperMap iServer service management and ThinkPHP framework. The design of coal mine accident emergency rescue process and key technology were introduced,and the overall system requirements, functional design and database design were analyzed in this paper.Finally,the key function of each subsystem were elaborated . At present, the system has been put into use in Zhaolou coal mine,which provides the powerful guarantee for the safe production.
